Meet Lindsay

Lindsay offers an intuitive approach to bodywork by tuning in to the subtle energies of each client and unlocking healing by releasing old holding patterns. She combines a variety of integrative techniques and modalities throughout her treatments to better customize each session for her clients. She has been practicing since 2008 and recently relocated to Bend from Crested Butte, CO where she spent the past 14 years working with physical therapists, chiropractors, and other bodywork practitioners in helping clients find relief and ease in their bodies. Her focus is in deep tissue, neuromuscular, swedish, trigger point, prenatal, injury prevention/rehabilitation, energywork and maya abdominal therapy. Clients can expect a session which focuses on relief of tension, restoring homeostasis and hemodynamics to the body, and an overall therapeutic experience tailored specifically to their needs.

Meet Lucca

Lucca has been practicing massage in Central Oregon since 2014 in a variety of
therapeutic and spa settings. He specializes in Thai massage and Deep Tissue,
providing a unique East meets West therapeutic massage experience. Each session
is tailored to meet the client's massage needs. Lucca uses a variety of modalities in
each session such as: Deep Tissue, Traction, Thai Bodywork, Swedish, Aroma
Therapy, Heat and pampering relaxation techniques. His goal is to achieve
relaxation and pain relief, leaving each client feeling free and relaxed.
Born and raised on Maui, Hawaii, Lucca moved to Bend as a teenager. He enjoys
all of the outdoors Central Oregon has to offer through snowboarding, mountain
biking and stand-up paddle boarding.
After experiencing the benefits of massage for a sports-related neck injury, Lucca
pursued a career in massage therapy at Central Oregon Community College and
graduated in 2014. Since graduation, he has found purpose by providing people
with relief and awareness of their bodies. He has continued education in Thai
Massage and Deep Tissue, and regularly receives body work to integrate new
techniques into his practice.

Meet Kathleen

Kathleen began her massage career in Bend, Oregon back in 1999. Acquiring her fundamentals, deep tissue training and obtaining her National massage license she moved to eastern Idaho for backcountry snowboarding among the mighty Teton mountain range. While managing the Grand Targhee Resort Spa, she joined the 2002 Winter Olympics Sports Massage Team in Utah. Inspired by the international interactions her wanderlust led her to the Northern California coast where the Redwood forests meet the Pacific ocean. Surfing and yoga became a new passion while living and working behind the Redwood curtain. Kathleen enjoyed working at a quaint destination spa and a chiropractic office. She continued her quest for knowledge by learning myofascial, cupping, Thai, craniosacral, hot stone and Himalayan stone. On a visit with Bend friends, Kathleen made the choice to move back to Oregon and pursue an Associates of Applied Science

degree at Central Oregon Community College. She attained that goal in 2019. She enjoys taking strolls with her elder dog along the Deschutes river and Cascade lakes. Her life experiences have taught her that every day is not the same. Every body is unique. Her goal is to provide a safe and comfortable space in every session that allows therapeutic relaxation.

Meet Krista

After 10+ years of working in traditional healthcare, Krista realized there had to be a better way of taking care of people and keep them healthy, this is where her passion for holistic health started.  After completing a Holistic Health Practitioner certification program, she found herself in massage school at the Massage Institute of Colorado, graduating in December of 2013.  This is also where she fell in love with CranioSacral Therapy and began training right away.  Krista specializes in therapeutic massage and pain management style of work, using myofascial, deep tissue, neuromuscular cupping, and muscle activation techniques, she finds the patterns causing discomfort and works not just the area of pain but the chain causing it.  She also knows the value of the nervous system and its need to calm and reset for change to last and maintain. Through cupping and CranioSacral and slower work, we can achieve those goals.  Krista is also a health and wellness coach and a complete body nerd, always looking for the next thing to learn about! Krista just moved to Bend from Colorado and is looking forward to all the outdoors exploring and adventure Oregon has to offer!
